This range is great if you never burn anything in your oven. A couple of pieces of hamburger fell off my pizza and burned. Instead of the smoke staying in the oven like the older models it comes out a vent in the stove right under the controls. I can only image over time how this will stain my cabinets ceiling and stove.

I purchased the stove with the appliance package. I really love cooking with this stove I mostly use the oven the features are user friendly . The stove looks so sleek and modern I have gotten alot of compliments on it. Clean up is very easy . I wipe it down every evening it only takes a few minutes and the smudge proof exterior is great. Glad I bought this stove no complaints here.

There is no overhang on the oven door so the first time my husband made breakfast a little raw egg dripped off his utensil and in between the glass of the oven door where it is now a streak on display for a messy look. You cant clean in there and the only fix is a new door. Disappointed

We bought this stove as a package set with the dishwasher overhead microwave and refrigerator. To start they are all gorgeous The stove with its stainless and black makes any kitchen shine. The list of everything I love is so long that Ill just say my few issues that maybe arent perfect. The stove top we have electric scratches easily and is a little stubborn to clean. Thats it Everything else is wonderful. It heats up well its nice and even cooking easy to use and did I mention its gorgeous Love this entire set I use the stove the most and Im in love. I bought this model on sale. I really like the look of it and the options that it provided. I feel like it cooks food evenly and I like the probe to check the temperature of meat in the oven. The quick boil feature does not heat the water any more quickly than the other burners.

The black cooktop scratches easily.. Dont get me wrong I love the oven especially the meat temp probe but the ceramic cooktop scratched with gentle use from my pots and pans and it leaves like a pearly scuff. I tried to buff it out with the cerama bright that came with the stove but it did not help the pearly-like scuff. That is why I give 4 stars. Overall the oven works fantastic The hidden heating element makes clean up a breeze Love the warming burner feature and the quick boil boils super fast

I bought this in November and there are drips between the glass on the oven door. There are stains on the bottom of the oven and they will not come out. I scraped and scrubed them before doing the automatic over cleaner and they are imbedded in the metal. That should not happen to a new stove.

I bought this in less than a year. I seldom use the oven and yet the computer part broke. I called the the costumer service they set up the home service. The guy changed the computer part and now it is working good. It was okay because it broke in less than a year but i was able to use the factory warranty.

Weve had this range over two months now and like it very much. Quick Bake feature works well. Hot oil spatters need to be cleaned up right away to keep it looking good. The interior of the drawer is not as wide as in y old range. Both front burners can be set to heat small or large pot.

Purchased 3/15. Model I ordered was discontinued was sent this insteadother one was a step up. Im not THAT familiar w convection it doesnt seem very user friendly. Cooktop is nice. Disappointed it doesnt show exact oven temp as it preheats. Seems to show fewer fingerprints that other stainless.

got this about a year ago while upgrading my kitchen. the best buy associate recommended it to my husband when he went appliance shopping as a suprise for me. it heats quickly for cooking and baking. but it requires constant cleaning in order to prevent burning and staining. gotta make sure u do cleaning immediately following after cooking or else you will regret it. nice feature of a warming spot to the back. it has a beautiful and sleek design. overall very satisfied with the purchasing.

Love the speed bake feature. Fingerprint proof stainless steel is absolutely amazing. I previously had regular stainless steel and hated how much the fingerprints showed so when I looked at replacing my old stove I had not planned to replace it with stainless steel until I saw the fingerprint proof.

I like cooking on the stove because Ive learned how to control the heat pretty well. Its fairly easy to clean and probably the easiest to clean compared to anything else Ive had. The quick boil is a cool feature esp. when you drink a lot of tea.

I bought this a couple months ago. Love the quick boil burner and the select a size burners being in the front. I like having the option to have two large burners on the front. With this stove it is at my discretion use large or small on the same burner. The roasting temperature probe is great to. This little probe allows me to know exactly how done it is using the inner temperature to tell.

We bought this stove when we remodeled our house. It looks really great. Thats where the good news ends. The Fast boil feature does not seem any faster than without it. The oven temperature setting are off anywhere from 15 to 25 degrees. This makes baking cookies quite difficult.

I bought this this back in February and this is a beautiful stove so many functions and non smudge stainless steel. we have used the quick bake function this will save you time in getting the perfect pizza crust. no more underdone baked goods the range is amazing quick boil works in about 1-2 minutes for those late night cup of teas very convenient. the only problem so far is the temp probe beeps sporadically for no reason.

I purchased range about two months ago so I dont have long-term usage to judge from but so far I like most features of the range. The black top is difficult to keep looking nice especially if grease splatters on it. I like two front burners which have choice of 2 sizes per burner. Bottom storage drawer is a bit flimsy compared to my previous range but it is working so far.

Only comment is that sales people should notify customer about the hidden element in the over and not to put foil down to catch drips. I did and ruined the bottom of the stove. first new stove I had a glass cooktop before and liked it but the range wasnt as quality built as this one. extremely happy with the gallery series and solid metal knobs. Black top makes keeping clean more of a challenge but thats expected with black anything. Great product would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately I did and it melted to the bottom and I had to replace the bottom panel. It was brand new never been used. What a bummer. There needs to be a warning sticker for the consumer to remove. Other than that I would recommend to a friend.

The unit was installed with out any problems. It is their policy of purchasing a new electric cord when they do the install. Unit burners heat up very fast and we love the additional surface space of the unit.. The manual seem to be complete but not simple to understand at the beginning.. We love the S.S. Steel that matches our new refrigator that we purchased at the same time.. Not yet used the oven temp probe unit..wondering how it will hold up with the heat of the oven when we get around to trying it.. I would recommend this to a friend

Oven door fell off first stove. Second replacement has what looks like drips between the glass in the oven so cant clean. Suggest one small element in the front of cook top for smaller pots and people.

Very nice looking stove one of the reasons I went with this model was the Made In USA everything seams to work just fine so far. Biggest issue was breaking in the oven after baking seven different times the strong odor would burn your eyes and really smelled bad I had to have my doors and windows open in the winter after trying a self clean it got rid of the problem so I would recommend to do that before using first time also would have liked a little speckled colr on the glass top just so it would look cleaner

Okay this is my first time using/having a glass top stove. My impression of it is...its a very good looking piece of equipment. Then I started using it. My thoughts about it have completely did a 180. Me personally would NEVER get another glass top. Ive only had it less than 2 months scratches stains that will not completely come off and the constant look of grease always on it. Its rather frustrating to me. If I had to the opportunity to change it out I would in a heart beat. Either gas or the coil electric. The best feature to be is the convection part of the oven. Would I recommend it to a friend...NO I would not. Because I know they are tired of me complaining about mine.

We absolutely love this oven. I have only used the convection fan once but everything came out without a problem. The smudge free is a blessing. The top seems to take a little more elbow grease to clean but it shines just as as if it were new provided you use the correct skillet or pot.

We had our one and only Frigidaire oven for about 25 years and it was time to upgrade. The old Frigidaire had only a few minor issues so we opted to try Frigidaire again. Weve only had the new oven for a few weeks...but so far we love it. The ceramic top is very slick looking. All features work well. I love the temperature probe feature. Im not totally convinced of the Quick Bake feature...but Ill have to experiment with it a little more. The fan though not loud does make a little more noise than I expected. Oh well still very satisfied so far.

This is the stove I have wanted for years. I love the fifth burner for warming. The thing looks beautiful the burners heat fast and even. I bought this stove 2 months ago and so far so good I cooked my thanksgiving turkey in it and have used all the burners. The turkey cooked evenly and the oven is very well insulated. Not a ton of heat loss like my old stove. Hours after it was off the heat was still holding. Very impressed with the energy savings of that. The quick boil burner works extremely fast as I expected a quick boil to do. The glasstop is like all glass tops. It needs to be cleaned quickly to keep spilled crumbs from hardening but thats expected as well. Im happy with the stove so far

This range is a great value. The design is appealing and we love the smudge free finish. Im not sure how much well really use the easy temperature probe. I do like the convection feature though it does take some trial and error with temperature and baking time. I feel like Frigidaire cheapens the range a bit by calling the convection quick bake. I wish there was some texture to the cooktop to keep scratches from showing.

I have had my stove for about a month now and it works great. It heats up very fast and I am often using the quick boil part of the range often. My old stove was also an electric cooktop and felt like it took 10 minutes to get water to boil not with my new stove itsa few minutes like it should be. The Dirtiest Oven

This range might be smudge proof but the stove top and the inside of the oven are IMPOSSIBLE to clean. I only use electric ranges and this one has food residue stick to the top like none other. But thats not the worst part. Within the first week or two of use liquid dripped down into the front glass panel in between the 2 panes. There is no way to get in there to clean it without taking the oven apart. So now I have a perpetually dirty oven. I frequently have guests over and I can clean as hard as I can but my kitchen always looks dirty now because of this filthy oven. Of course I contacted frigidaire after a month of use and all they did is send me a manual on how to take the oven apart to clean it. Yeah right Another smaller issue I have is that the large burners are in the front of the range and the small ones are in the back-a poor design you dont realize until you have a large pot of soup in the front and try to cook anything else that day. Do yourself a favor and buy a different range. I have no idea if this happens to other models so this is the last time I buy Frigidaire.

I am still getting used to the flat cook top. It has many choices for heating. I especially like the warming spot for plates. I have not used the meat sensor for the oven yet but am looking forward to trying it. I find many of my pots rock as they are not flat but they still work. It may be time for an upgrade on cookware.

great oven but cleaning intensive flat top

This is my first convection oven and with it comes a learning curve including axing the use of aluminum foil. Warning on aluminum foil use should be stated on a bright sticker on the stove to only be removed by the consumer. Aluminum foil will destroy the interior of oven. The smug free stainless steel is ingenious but the surface of the flat top more than compensates for the cleaning time saved on the stainless surface. I have had many flat tops however this one is the most difficult to keep looking nice due to its shiny black surface. It also scratches much easier than the flat tops that have a mottling of color. I bought this stove to decrease the level of effort of cleaning but I actually spend more time scrubbing the flat top than I spent scrubbing the old style burners and finger printed stainless.

They were so great gave me to a service provider in my area. They were wonderful as well got it fixed quickly. My husband and I bought this range for our first home and it is great One of my favorite features would have to be the internal temperature probe baking a chicken is super easy. Also with the hidden heating elements I find that my oven heats evenly so my cookies dont burn. Not to mention the stainless is fingerprint proof. We have a 2 year old but all of my stainless kitchen still looks brand new The one thing that I dont like is the timer I have found that when the timer goes off you have to hit cancel and that turns the whole oven off... that could also just be user error since we just got it about 4 months ago. Either way I would recommend this product

This oven is so easy to use. It heats up quickly has excellent space for cooking a number of dishes at the same time and is easy to clean up too I tend to be a messy cook so easy clean up is important to me. I either wipe the glass top with a damp paper towel or use the provided cleaner and sponge for messes that are more difficult. So far my stove top still looks brand new even with a few oops.

Stove top gets hot quick. Seems hotter than last stove. Ceramic top hard to keep clean grease splatters hard to clean up. Cant wipe up spills until top cools down. Used to clean old stove as spills happened for ease. Now must wait until top cools to clean and grease smears. Top heats up way quicker than previous electric stove. Havent baked much but oven seems to work good.

I love my range. Once I got used to using electric for cookinginstead of gas I find it cleaner to cook with. My pots are ready for pasta beans potatoesetc. much faster. I love the freedom of movement on top of the stove.
