Happy to have a dishwasher but the water does not drain out after the cycle is done. I have raised the front legs and positioned the drain hose to keep water from draining back in and nothing has worked. I even went on line to see if I could resolve the problem and still nothing.

Purchased with new home. Machine would not dry if set on HEAT. Had the technican come out and explain that prior to running dishwasher the hot water needs to be run until hot. Never heard of this before but it works.

After two weeks started flooding my kitchen and leaving a puddle in the machine even though the Drain had been cleaned. The Frigidaire repairman said he had to order a new pump. He claimed that I was responsible because I supposedly left food on the dishes and bought a cheap model that had a pump that the smallest amount of food would ruin.

I moved into a house with all brand new Frigidaire appliances: This dishwasher refrigerator gas range and microwave. I almost wish the house came without them because they are so awful. The dishwasher in fact was so awful we decided to buy a new different model dishwasher. This dishwasher was loud left everything dirty and wet even on the Heavy setting. I am trying to sell the rest of the appliances so I can get new ones but sadly no one wants them.

Im not real excited about the set up inside that could be different. The silverware basket is loose which tilts when ever you put something in it. There have been dishes that dont come out clean also. Other then that it is quieter then our last one.

This dishwasher came in our new house and I love it so far. It is very quiet while running. There is an option to run a light load which I use a lot bc it is the most energy efficient. This setting still gets our dishes clean. I used to have trouble getting our silverware completely clean but have not had any trouble with our new dishwasher. I would def recommend this to others

Dishwasher is fine. Nothing fancy. Only thing I dont like is that there isnt a handle or grip on the door. Nothing to hold to pull the door open. Makes it awkward. Also the silverware tray just sits in a slot that is too big so it moves around and tips easily.

My only issue with the dishwasher is when I open it to add that one missing dirty dish and close it it doesnt automatically restart. Also it does not clean the larger loads as well as our old dishwasher. But for the price it works fine.

I have a new model like 6 months old and it seems to take about 3 hours for it to cycle and clean. I had an older model like late 90s in my old house and it took 1/2 the time to wash and dry on the same settings. All in all its an ok dishwasher. Just not highly impressed.

Have been using for nearly 6 months. It works fine Is quiet enough has a delay feature. Quite smaller than the dishwasher in our last house though we have to run a load nearly every day where we used to washa load every other day. I think our water expense has gone up in part to this.

Bought a place with all Frigidaire appliances. Fridge died in 1 yr microwave in 1.5. Now the dishwasher pump blew. Just shy of 2 years old. Couldnt make this up. Oh and it was exceptionally loud even when it was working.

The dishwasher leaked from the beginning. I was unable to use it for the first month as the dishwasher leaked from the front door. I had to use the warranty for 2 separate repairs before I ever even used it to wash a load of dishes

We had a used version of this dishwasher and were disappointed when it came new in our new home. Even new it just doesnt do all the work. I am very clean and scrub dishes before they go in the washer we even use the products and cycle reccomended in the manual but this DW will not dry plastic by any means. After every cycle we leave the DW door open to help with drying. Im not a fan of the small silverware bin or the limited cycle options. Keep looking and find a DW youll be happy to use instead of dread.

We bought this dishwasher because it was the cheapest stainless steel Frigidaire dishwasher at Home Depot. When it works the dishwashers cleans well and runs quiets. However every fifth or sixth cycle the dishwasher will stop working midcycle. Sometimes the problem seems to be food clogging the drainage hole but most times there is no known cause. The dishes also often remain very wet after the cycle including heat dry has been run. Overall I would not recommend this dishwasher except for its low value and it looks good in our newly updated kitchen

This dishwasher was in a home I purchased that had been remodeled and never used. Im disappointed at how poor the quality is. Additionally there was a problem with the rubber liner and the dishwasher leaked onto the laminate wood floors and ruined them - they bubbled and are warped.

I have had the dishwasher for about 10 months and it has caused me a few problems. 1. The door remains very had to shut like something is blocking the door 2. The dishes are always wet when the cycle is complete the tech came out and told me I need jet dry which is a dumb answer to me cause before jet dry the dishes came out dry when the cycle was completed. 3. Lastly the soap dispenser tray will not open when dishwasher is washing dishes

This Frigidaire came wit the new house we moved into along with other new appliances. Interesting features: you have to run the hot water until it is warm before running the unit This was a first for us. Previous other brand units never required this Also the unit would intermittently would stop in the middle of a cycle. Never at the same spot. Finally were able to replace the control unit electronics. Has not failed us since. User interface is simple and straightforward. I would give the unit a higher score if it did not require to run the water until hot before starting the unit. An extra step that is in my opinion counter intuitive to the use of the unit
