Have had 2 of these in 2 weeks. First unit sounded like water was entering but after completing the cycle we opened the door and nothing was wet and dishes were dirty. Dishes had soap one them. A serviceman was dispatched and determined the solenoid wasnt opening enough to allow enough water in. He replaced it and still didnt work. A week later another one was delivered and the old one removed. The second one is doing the exact same thing. Another service call tomorrow by a different company. Very frustrating

I have had my dishwasher for a few months now. My dishes are always clean but the interior door is not always dry. Called for service prompt and courteous by the way and standing water when done. It seems the dishwasher was installed improperly and not level. Service tech leveled the dishwasher and problem solved My understanding of the tub material not being stainless but plastic is why it does not dry all the way. Interior is always wet mostly on the inside of the door. Both the service tech and the retail store where bought suggest leaving door slightly cracked after use. This works. Overall cleans great dishes dry if loaded properly.

My husband and I do the dishwashing by hand since were the only two in our household. When the dishwasher in the home we bought died we replaced with a simple basic unit for looks and in case we ever want to sell. I have used it 3 times and was impressed how I didnt need to scrub off dishes etc before putting them in to wash. Seems like it ran for a long time but it was actually quieter than I thought it would be. We are very pleased with it.

This dishwasher is a little smaller than our old dishwasher was but I still like it so much more The buttons are on the front of the machine whereas they were on the top of our old one so we had to jam our fingers under the counter every time we needed to wash dishes. It cleans much better than our old one and is much quieter too.

Our old dishwasher just wasnt getting the dishes clean and didnt dry very well dishes were always still wet at end of cycle. My wife wanted a new one but didnt want to spend a lot of money. I did some research for about a week and decided on this one. I installed it myself in about 3 hours. The instructions made it very easy. Best of all it works GREAT Super quiet dishes come out very clean and dry and also uses less water than our old one. You could spend hundreds more for a higher end dish washer but what purpose would that serve? This one does exactly what it is supposed to do you cant get dishes cleaner. Once they are clean they are clean. Couldnt be happier with purchase.

This is a great machine for the price I got it in black and its really pretty. It is installed in the rental home I own so I am hoping my tenants take good care of it. Would have liked it in MY house LOL.

Very quiet operation. The inside is roomy the top holds tall glasses. The only thing I would recommend as a change is to the utensil basket. Its very unstable. We used zip ties to tie it to the outer rack so it wont move. So far I really am happy with our purchase.

I will admit it is a good DW but you might want to not go to bed right after you turn it on. Granted you get what you pay for I live alone and the noise is great for those people that have to have somekind of sound to go to sleep. You can watch TV over the noise just takes a minute to get used to the new noise

All in all the dish washer was ok. I was disappointed that it shorted out after less than 10 months of use by just myself. Been waiting 2 weeks now for the part to get it fixed even though it is under warranty with them.

A week after installation the door catch would not work. Had to have it repaired. Sometimes the high temp. wash and the heat dry lights begin blinking after the wash cycle and will not stop. Does not happen every time. When it does work the wash is satisfactory. However these problems should not be happening on a new dishwasher.
